Student Enrollment Information
Welcome to the Eldon School District!
(Please note that all school buildings, with the exception of the Central Office, will be closed during the month of July.)
If you would like to have enrollment forms filled out and ready, you can find them here:
Please bring the following items with you when you come to enroll your child.
Student’s Birth certificate, Social Security Card and Shot Record
Proof of residence (utility bill, tax statement, rent receipt (showing name and address))
Picture ID for parent or guardian who is enrolling the student
Also, when you are enrolling a new student, please understand that the District will not request records and enroll students until provided with proof of residency and legal guardianship.
