Summer School Forms

Summer School forms are due to the office by May 3. Students who enroll after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list.
First Grade Field Trip – 4/6

Watch for details from your child’s teacher.
No School – 4/7 and 4/10

School will not be in session on Friday, April 7 or Monday, April 10 due to Easter Break.
PTO Spring Carnival – 4/15

PTO Spring Carnival will be held on Saturday, April 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Upper Elementary.
PTO Meeting – 4/18

PTO Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 18 at 6:00 p.m. at Upper Elementary.

South Elementary School is located at 1210 South Maple Street in Eldon, Missouri. The building was constructed in 1962 with an addition in 1980. Preschool through second grade students are serviced at South School. Enrollment is approximately 550 students. The principal is Mrs. Michele Herbert, and our assistant principal is Mrs. Kari Hinds. We have approximately 90 faculty, staff, and volunteer members.

School Hours: 8:30 am to 3:20 pm M, T, Th, F 8:30 am to 2:20 pm Wed.

Office Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily
