  • Full-time Food Service Position at Eldon Middle School

    The Eldon School District is seeking a full-time cook for the Eldon Middle School starting immediately. Starting pay is $15.00 per hr. with excellent benefits including partially paid health insurance, paid life insurance, paid sick & personal leave, as well as retirement benefits.   • Middle School Nurse (LPN)

    The Eldon School District is accepting applications for a Middle School Nurse (LPN). School nurses will be employed to provide basic health care services to district students during the school day thereby minimizing student absence due to illness and creating a climate of health and well-being in the district schools. Must hold current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Missouri Board of Nursing. CPR certification in infant, child and adult preferred. Experience preferred.   • Special Education Teaching Position

    The Eldon School District is accepting applications for a Special Education teaching position. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-categorical special education students, maintaining IEPs, and implementing IEP goals. Special education experience is preferred. Applicants must hold a valid Missouri teaching certificate. Additionally, applicants holding both mild to moderate cross-categorical certification and elementary/secondary education certification will receive high consideration.   • High School Mustang Academy Teacher

    The Eldon R-I School District is accepting applications for a High School Mustang Academy Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The person selected for this position will assist students with academics, attendance, and discipline as well as working in conjunction with the administrative team to support students and their families in crisis situations and other school matters. A valid Missouri Teaching Certificate is required. Eldon is a Professional Learning Community and is involved in the High Schools That Work initiative. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.   • Upper Paraprofessional Position

    The Eldon School District is accepting applications for an Upper Elementary Paraprofessional position. This individual will be responsible for providing instructional services necessary for the students. The working hours will be set by building. Applicants with 60 college hours or more will be given high consideration. Interested candidates should submit a completed application.   • Secondary Health Occupations Teacher – Half-Time

    Eldon Career Center is accepting applications for a half-time secondary health occupations instructor. Enrollment has increased and there is a need for an additional half-time instructor for the 2026-27 school year. Further need will be determined by student enrollment.

    Position Requirements: Possess a DESE approved secondary health occupations teaching certificate or ability to obtain certificate as well as ability to train and certify students for the CNA certification.   • Eldon Career Center Secretary – 11 month position

    Eldon Career Center is seeking applications for a secretary for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is an 11-month position with hours 7:30-4:00. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational, and financial skills. This person is responsible for maintaining school, staff and student records, assisting and orienting substitute teachers, and will perform general office procedures, including financial transactions. A background check is required.
