MVP Elks Scholarship Application
November 30, 2025 – Eldon Community Teachers Association (CTA) and Central Region Teachers Association Scholarship:
Eldon Community Teachers Association will award one non-renewable $500 scholarship to current year graduates that intend to enroll full time at a Missouri college or university in preparation for the teaching profession. The recipient of this scholarship will be considered for one of three non-renewable $500 scholarships from the Central Region Teachers Association. January 12, 2026 – JOHN F. KENNEDY Profiles in Courage Essay Contest:
- This scholarships award is open to high-school students nine through twelve.
- All students must register online at www.jfklibrary.org – lst place winter receives a $5,000 cash award and $5,000 to grow in a John Hancock 528 College Savings Plan, Second place winner receives $1,000 and there will be five finalists $500.
January 15, 2025 – Karen D. Brinkman Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is for students who attend/graduated from an approved program of
study in Missouri (as stated in Missouri statute, RSMO 167.031 – includes public, private, and
home school) or from Wayne City High School in Illinois. The student need not be a SWCS
member. Applicants must be in their senior year of high school, or in a full-time undergraduate
academic study. They must major in a conservation or natural resource-related field such as soil
science, land use planning, forestry, wildlife management, fisheries, agricultural engineering,
hydrology, rural sociology, agronomy, water management, agricultural economics, biology,
agricultural education, or related environmental protection or resource management curricula.
Applicants must attend, or plan to attend, a college or university that is properly accredited by
national or regional accrediting bodies, or their equivalence. Financial need will not be a factor in selection.

Mid America Bank is proud to invest in its local youth and their education by offering (10) $1,000
scholarships to deserving high school seniors!
Information:
• A total of ten (10) scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded by Mid America Bank.
• Scholarships can be renewed annually for up to four (4) years ($4,000 maximum lifetime benefit)
if renewal criteria are met. Failure to claim scholarship or meet renewal qualifications at any point
disqualifies the winner from renewing the scholarship.

Open to Missouri high school seniors whose parents or grandparents are customers of FCS Financial. Applicants will be judged on leadership roles, work experience, community involvement, knowledge of agriculture and finance. You must meet the following qualifications: You must be a child or grand child of an FCS Financial member and one of the following;
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- ACT of 26 or rank in the top 20% of their senior class
- (you must meet only 1 of the 3 criteria)

- Student must be a high school senior.
- Parent or legal guardian must be a Three Rivers Electric Cooperative member.

The Charles, Elaine and Chuck Blum Scholarship has been established for a graduating senior of Eldon High School. Applicants that are members of the First Christian Church will have priority. If First Christian Church has no graduating seniors then it will be opened up to All seniors of Eldon High School. Criteria includes;
- Plans to pursue a post-high school education.
- Is in need of financial assistance (submit FAFSA).
- Demonstrate Christian principles, citizenship, integrity and good character.
- Show determination to complete career goal.

- Missouri residents and they, their parent(s), or guardians must hold a current
Farm Bureau membership in Missouri - A high school senior enrolling in a 4-year Missouri college or university with a

The Eldon Chamber of Commerce is proud to invest in the future of business by offering scholarship opportunities to graduating students who plan to pursue careers in business-related fields. This scholarship supports motivated individuals who demonstrate ambition, leadership potential, and a clear vision for their future in business.
Scholarship Awards
Two scholarships in the amount of $500 each will be awarded:
- One scholarship to a male student
- One scholarship to a female student
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Plan to enroll in an accredited college, university, or trade school
- Intend to major in a business-related field such as business administration, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, management, accounting, or a similar program
- Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in business or becoming a business owner

March 31, 2026- Lake Area Chamber of Commerce
The Lake Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that scholarships are now available for graduating high school seniors who plan to pursue further education. At least one $1,000 scholarship will be awarded.
This scholarship is made possible through the generous contributions of Lake Area Chamber of Commerce member businesses and is designed to support and develop future business and community leaders.
To be eligible, applicants must be employed by a Chamber member business, have a minimum GPA of 2.75, and provide proof of acceptance to an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or an accredited post-secondary technical school.

Chad Hult Memorial Scholarship 2026

This memorial scholarship aims to carry forward Chad’s spirit by helping student-athletes pursue their academic and athletic goals. We are grateful to the Hult family for their generosity and dedication to supporting future college football players.
APRIL:
April 1, 2026 – HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL MISSOURI
(2) Two Scholarships $1000.00 each awarded in May to two students who will be attending a two (2) or four (4) year college majoring in a construction related field the following Fall Semester – based on the following criteria:
- Employees or Family of Businesses related to the Building Industry and/or Students interested in fields of study related to the industry will get scholarship preference.
- Some basis of need
- Must meet close to one or more of the following:

Scholarship is available to any 2025 senior that is seeking a nursing degree. Please click the following for a downloadable application and criteria.
- Applicant must be planning to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university, a technical school, or junior college for the fall term of the current year. Applicants are limited to those who plan to study horticulture, plant science, conservation, forestry, Food Science, Turf Management and Landscaping.
- Applicants must attend Eldon High School.
- Applicants should have at least a grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Each scholarship must be used within nine months after receiving the award.
- Selection of the recipient will be by the Eldon Garden Club Scholarship committee. Selection will be based on achievement and career goals.

• Applicants may be in the final year of high school, be a high school graduate, or

The Wayne Thomas Golf Scholarship/Lake of the Ozarks Jr. Golf Scholarship Program is available to graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated dedication to the game of golf. Applicants must actively participate on their high school golf team or compete on the Missouri Junior Tour during the summer through the Missouri Golf Association.
The application deadline is April 15, and all required materials must be submitted by this date for consideration. Completed applications may be dropped off in the Guidance Office.

April 20, 2026 – “The American Legion Scholarships”
- Students must be a resident of Missouri, under the age of 21, unmarried and a descendant of a veteran with at least ninety days active service in any form of military branch who received an Honorable Discharge for such service.
- A photocopy of the veteran’s DD214, discharge or separation notice must accompany the scholarship application.
- Additional requirements for each scholarship are on the reverse side of the application.

- Applicants must be a member of the graduating class of 2026 and have attended the Eldon School District for a minimum of 4 years (total during K-12)

April 21, 2026 – Eldon Friends of Music:
Student must have participated in the Eldon High School Music program. Selection is based on point system of accumulated number of points over four years of participation. Student must be planning to major/minor and or participate in a music performing program at a accredited college in one of the following areas, Education, Performance, Business or Therapy. The scholarship is $400.00 for one year, payable to the college by semester, student should have a 3.0 overall GPA. This scholarship is non-renewable. Eligibility:
Applicants must be a MMOCC member or be sponsored by a MMOCC member. Applicant must be enrolled in a technical school, community college, or four year college.
We would encourage those seeking a vocation in the automobile industry, or related, to apply. Awards will be based on academic performance. Career goals and other information to be provided on the application form.
Deadline: July 31 each year.
